Silver Ridge built our dream home we moved into this spring.  We could not have been happier with them.  From the initial plan meeting to final walk through they were in constant contact with us.
We loved and greatly appreciated the personal touch and care that Carolyn showed in helping us navigate all the choices in designing.
Carolyn and Tim always promptly answered any and all questions/ concerns we had along the way with the build. Any questions or concerns we had after closing were also promptly dealt with. Their onsite workers, Steve was great, and sub trades were also very friendly and professional.   We highly recommend Silver Ridge for building, we can't believe how smooth of a process it was from start to finish. Thank you Silver Ridge!

Our growing family was in need of a refresh to our house, we contacted SilverRidge and we have not regretted it for a second. Tim and Carolyn were easy to work with and made our experience great.

We had a vision for our house to be updated and reworked, SilverRidge was able to come in and work with our vision and execute a plan to make it happen.

November 2023  Silver Ridge Design inc.completed a large part of my basement..I was really anxious about how disruptive the process would be.
I am writing this review a half year later to say Thank You! You created a lovely space that my grandchildren thoroughly enjoy.
The renovation process was quick and seamless.The whole team were gracious and respectful of both me and my home.The workmanship is of high standard  and is admired by all who see it .
I highly recommend this superb service to anyone considering construction work.

Siverridge task was to demolish our cottage and rebuild as a perament home under very difficult situations.They had to deal with weather, awkward access and comply with not only building codes but with the Thames Valley Conservation Authority regulations. They accomplished this on time and on budget! Their craftmanship was of the highest standards and they used high end products. Silver Ridge had to custom build the interior due to limitation of space.They fulfied our wishes of wheelchair accessibility, door levers and bar handles for cubboards. Carolyn was knowledgeable with update designs and products. Tim was always available to answer our questions or suggestions, and followed up on them. The crew were friendly and repectful. We hired Silver Ridge to build a roof off the back of our house to create an outdoor living space. We had an idea in our head and a bunch of pictures of things we liked but didn’t know how it would work with our house. Tim was able to work with us to create a design that made sense for our style of house and walked us through the different options for sizing, timber types, etc. so we could achieve what we were looking for.

From the design phase right through to completion, everyone was honestly great to work with. All of the workers who came on-site were friendly and kept the yard well kept (no garbage or extra materials laying around which was so great since we have kids and a dog). They were also so kind to our young kids who were very interested in what was going on with all the machines - they would wave to them and let them watch with no complaints.

We were extremely pleased with the design and renovations completed by Silver Ridge Design Build Inc. of our kitchen and laundryroom . Carolyn worked patiently with us as we decided on all the features of our rooms including cabinets, flooring, paint colours and all hardware. Tim and Steve also gave good advice on our project and showed excellent craftsmanship.

Silver Ridge did a major renovation for us on the home we purchased.  They reconfigured some of the spaces on our upper floor - added a guest bathroom, updated the ensuite, and added a closet.  On the main floor, they added a closet and did significant upgrades to the kitchen.  But the star of the renovation project is the all season sunroom they added to the house.  It fits in beautifully with the house and IS our living space.  It is beautiful space, and the design was totally their suggestion.
We had a very positive experience working with Silver Ridge.  Tim was able to help us see what we could do with the house to solve some of the quirks and disfunction.  We really appreciated that he moved us away from the very costly renovation that we had initially in our mind to an equally effective renovation that achieved the same results.  We appreciated his honesty and integrity.
Carolyn was wonderful to work with on the design elements - colours, flooring, lighting...  She presented options that suited my style and likes.  She was very organized and made sure everything was selected and source so that the project flowed smoothly.
We would highly recommend them for a new build or renovation.  They were accommodating and flexible when we added things to the project, listened to what we wanted and then were especially helpful in suggesting options. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Carolyn and Tim on the renovation of our kitchen. They answered all of our questions and concerns promptly and with patience and professionalism. The crew was respectful and easy to work with. Our kitchen is now a warm, wonderful place to host family and friends.💕
