Silver Ridge Design Build is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Tim and Carolyn Westerveld. They’ve been married 14 years with 4 kiddos to keep them on their toes. SRDB is a value driven, customer focused design-build company serving London, St.Thomas, and it’s surrounding areas. Tim began his journey as a carpenter 18+ years ago.

This has proved to be advantageous in assessing structural significance and functionality of room spaces. His vast knowledge of the construction industry led him to start SRDB in 2018. Tim’s ability to maintain strong connections with exceptional craftsmen and building agents result directly in value for our customers.

Initial-Meet with SRDB on site to discuss rough vision and ideas for your home.
Concept development- Communications with Project Manager and Designer to design your custom home. We spend time asking many questions i.e. lifestyle, must haves and wishes, interior and exterior finishes. Deposit for architectural plans is given at this time.
Architect is brought on board. Floor plans and elevations are developed.
Complete architectural drawings set ready for building permit submission.
Formal contract is presented and approved by you.
