Our process begins with a detailed consultation to understand your vision. We then create a custom design plan, obtain necessary permits, and commence construction. Regular updates and open communication ensure you are informed and involved throughout the project.
  1. Initial-Meet with SRDB on site to discuss rough vision and ideas for your home.
  2. Concept development- Communications with Project Manager and Designer to design your custom home. We spend time asking many questions i.e. lifestyle, must haves and wishes, interior and exterior finishes. Deposit for architectural plans is given at this time.
  3. Architect is brought on board. Floor plans and elevations are developed.
  4. Complete architectural drawings set ready for building permit submission.
  5. Formal contract is presented and approved by you.
